Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Returns — Unopened Only
Returns: The Company accepts returns of products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Bundles and Free Gifts:
• If a return reduces the original purchase below the threshold for a promotional item or bundle:
• The retail value of any free gift or discounted item will be deducted from your refund.
• If the refund for the returned items is less than the retail value of the free gift, the customer will be charged the difference.
• If the free gift is not returned, damaged, used, or missing, the full retail value will be charged or deducted from the refund.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery; the Company reserves the right to deny returns requested after this period.
• Inspection: All returned products are subject to inspection to verify:
• Product condition and seal integrity
• Completeness of items and packaging
• Compliance with promotional or bundle requirements

• The Company reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the stated conditions, including unopened, sealed, or original packaging requirements.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns must be shipped using a trackable method; the Company is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delayed packages returned without tracking.
• The Company reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from refunds if the return does not comply with the policy.
4. Refunds
• After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds cover product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the return includes a free gift or promotional item, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds may be partial if:
• Products are returned in damaged or incomplete condition
• Only part of a bundle or multi-item order is returned
• The Company reserves the right to deny refunds if returned products do not comply with this Return Policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order info.
Definitions:
• Damaged Product: Physical damage to packaging or contents due to shipping/handling (e.g., broken seal, torn container, crushed bottles).
• Defective Product: Manufacturing fault, contamination, or product not meeting described specifications or quality standards.
• Expired Product: Product past the printed expiration date or stored incorrectly, as defined in our policy.
Claim Requirements:
• Photos showing the damage/defect and original packaging
• Order number and description of the issue
Resolution:
• Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or refund, including original shipping costs, at the Company’s discretion.
• The Company reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:
• Opened or used products, including bottles, capsules, or packaging that has been unsealed, tampered with, or consumed
• Products returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items without original seals, packaging, or inserts, including free gifts, promotional items, or multi-product bundles
• International orders (except damaged/defective items)
• Perishable or time-sensitive products, or products that may expire quickly or require specific storage
Note: By placing an order, you acknowledge that non-returnable items cannot be refunded or exchanged, and you accept responsibility for reviewing your order prior to purchase.
7. Free Gift With Purchase Policy
Promotional free gifts are subject to the following:
• If a return reduces the order below the promotional threshold, the free gift must be returned unused, or the retail value will be deducted from the refund.
• Free gifts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If the free gift is not returned or is returned damaged, used, or missing, the full retail value will be charged or deducted from the refund.
8. International Orders and Returns
• Products shipped outside the U.S. are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except for damaged or defective items.
• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping, customs, duties, and import fees.
• The Company is not responsible for refunds or replacements for shipments rejected, delayed, or seized by customs, except as required by law.
